1. Acceptance
By using Auto Revive you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
Auto Revive connects customers with independent washers for mobile car wash and related services. Auto Revive is an intermediary platform, not the direct provider of on-site washing labour.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Bookings and cancellations
- Bookings are made in the app at displayed prices.
- Cancellation terms shown at booking apply (typically free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time unless otherwise stated).
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur fees as disclosed in the app.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed via Paystack and/or in-app wallet balance where available.
- Subscription packages relate to physical wash services billed on a recurring basis through Paystack where selected.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Washer conduct and quality
Washers are independent service providers. Report quality or conduct issues via in-app support. We may suspend accounts that violate platform rules.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Revive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking in the preceding 12 months, except where law prohibits such limitation.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. See our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
